Voice Mate asks what needs cleaning, where, and when the caller is available, then sends the summary to your phone so you can respond within the hour.
Mention your service area in the greeting so callers outside it hear that early and you do not spend time on them.
Getting Started
Setup is easy: follow the steps below. You need the Voice Mate app on your phone.

1. List your services in the instructions
Write which kinds of cleaning you offer: homes, offices, end of tenancy, windows. The assistant can then ask the right follow-up question.

2. Ask for the size of the job
Ask for the number of rooms or the floor area, so you can give a rough quote when you call back.

3. Turn on call forwarding
Tap the forwarding switch in the Voice Mate app and follow the prompt. Your phone company then sends unanswered calls to your Voice Mate number; you can switch it off again with one tap.

4. Call yourself as a test
Call your own number from another phone and let it go unanswered. Check that the summary arrives in the app and that the assistant asked the right questions.
