Ai Voicemail For Insurance Agents

Insurance agents balance meetings and phone calls. Voice Mate takes the message, notes the reason and, for claims, the urgency, so you can work through them in order.

A customer with a damaged car or a flooded basement wants to hear that someone has noted the problem. A voicemail does not give that confidence; an assistant that asks questions does. Voice Mate records the name, number, policy topic and what happened, and flags whether the caller wants a call back soon.

Tell the assistant not to discuss coverage or confirm claims. It collects the facts and you handle the advice.

Getting Started

Setup is easy: follow the steps below. You need the Voice Mate app on your phone.

Get the app

  1. 1. Separate claims from quotes

In AI prompt, ask whether the call is about a claim, a quote or a change to a policy.

  2. 2. Keep policy numbers off the call

Ask callers to give their name and number only. You can look up the policy when you call back.

  3. 3. Turn on call forwarding

Tap the forwarding switch in the Voice Mate app and follow the prompt. Your phone company then sends unanswered calls to your Voice Mate number; you can switch it off again with one tap.

  4. 4. Use call ratings

Mark summaries that were good or bad. It helps you tune the instructions over time.
