Ai Voicemail For Landscapers And Gardeners

Landscapers and gardeners work outside, often with loud machines. Voice Mate answers when you cannot, collects the job details and sends them to your phone.

A noisy garden is the worst place to take a call, and the best moment for a customer to ring is in the morning, when you are already on site. The assistant asks what the garden needs, where it is and when a visit suits. The summary shows up as a notification, so you can reply from the cab of your van.

Seasonal rushes are where missed calls cost the most. Switch forwarding on for the whole season and review the list every evening.

Getting Started

Setup is easy: follow the steps below. You need the Voice Mate app on your phone.

Get the app

  1. 1. Describe your seasonal work

Mention lawns, hedges, tree work and design in the instructions, so callers can say what they need in their own words.

  2. 2. Collect an address and photos by message

Ask for the address, and tell callers you will text back to ask for photos.

  3. 3. Turn on call forwarding

Tap the forwarding switch in the Voice Mate app and follow the prompt. Your phone company then sends unanswered calls to your Voice Mate number; you can switch it off again with one tap.

  4. 4. Review the list each evening

Reply to the day's calls in one session and mark them as read.
