Ai Voicemail For Tutors And Music Teachers

Private teachers cannot take calls during lessons. Voice Mate collects the name, subject and level of new students and the best time to talk.

Parents often call in the afternoon, exactly when you are teaching. Without an answer they may move on to the next listing. The assistant asks which subject or instrument, the student's age and level, and when a trial lesson would suit. That is everything you need to reply with a plan.

Your instructions can also share your lesson days and rates range in a sentence, so callers know whether it fits before you speak.

Getting Started

Setup is easy: follow the steps below. You need the Voice Mate app on your phone.

Get the app

  1. 1. Name your subjects

In AI prompt, list the subjects or instruments and age groups you teach.

  2. 2. Ask for the student's level

Have the assistant ask whether the student is a beginner or has experience, so you can suggest the right start.

  3. 3. Turn on call forwarding

Tap the forwarding switch in the Voice Mate app and follow the prompt. Your phone company then sends unanswered calls to your Voice Mate number; you can switch it off again with one tap.

  4. 4. Call yourself as a test

Call your own number from another phone and let it go unanswered. Check that the summary arrives in the app and that the assistant asked the right questions.
