Push Notifications For New Voicemails

When a call has been processed, Voice Mate sends a notification with its summary. Tapping it opens the call.

You should not have to open the app to see whether a call was important. The notification carries the name and reason. If notifications do not arrive, the cause is almost always a setting on the phone, such as battery saving or notifications switched off for the app.

Check your notification settings after every major phone update.

Getting Started

Setup is easy: follow the steps below. You need the Voice Mate app on your phone.

1. 1. Allow notifications

   When the app asks, choose Allow. You can also enable them in your phone settings.

2. 2. Turn off battery restrictions on Android

   Choose 'Unrestricted' for Voice Mate in the battery settings, so notifications arrive on time.

3. 3. Tap the notification

   It opens the call directly.

   Updates sometimes reset notification settings.
