Rate Your Calls To Improve Your Assistant

Each call can be rated good or bad. Looking at the bad ones tells you which instruction to add or change.

You are the best judge of whether the assistant did a good job. Rating a call takes a tap. Over a week, patterns show: if bad calls share a theme, such as questions about opening hours, add that information to your instructions.

Ratings are for you. Use them to decide what to change, then check the next calls.
